The Cartier Panther first entered the brand’s aesthetic in 1914. Louis Cartier was the first to tame the legendary creature, while his colleague Jeanne Toussaint continued to use the now-iconic feline pattern with lavish flourishes. Since then, the leopard has alternated between predatory, playful and lazy, showing different sides of its wild personality in different collections.
